1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using AI Solution Hub's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
2. Services Provided
AI Solution Hub provides AI transformation consulting, training, and implementation services for UK businesses. Our services include:
- AI readiness assessments and strategy development
- Staff training and capability building
- Process automation and workflow optimisation
- Prototype development and proof of concepts
- Ongoing support and advisory services
3. User Obligations
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not misuse our services or attempt to access them by unauthorised means
- Respect our intellectual property and that of others
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of AI Solution Hub or its licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Any deliverables created specifically for your business as part of our services will be transferred to you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated
- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate
- We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Solution Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We will:
- Only process personal data as necessary to provide our services
- Implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures
- Not transfer personal data outside the UK without appropriate safeguards
- Assist you in meeting your own data protection obligations where applicable
8. Termination
Either party may terminate these terms:
- By giving 30 days written notice
- Immediately if the other party breaches any material term
- Immediately in the event of insolvency or bankruptcy
Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
